(AU) Chapter 1: Writing the Story

 ...“Yes, where were we?” asked Melisande, turning. “Letters, was it?”

Eyebrows lifting, the attempting-epistler grinned. “Writing the story.”

A moment’s thought. Then some light flared inside Naphtali’s head that had dwindled in the minutes before.

“Ah, yes! Of course!” His smile flickered back, not blazing yet, but building. “Of course, of course. Writing the story, by all means.”

Clearing his throat, Naphtali began to pace. He did not notice the tips of a third smile, just beginning to bud.

Well, this blog is for me to post my illustrations. See, I write stories. And recently, as I've been posting them online, I've decided to start recovering the lost art of illustrating stories. I make pencil sketched pictures, I take photos of each with my phone, and I add them to my chapters. However, since I mainly post on Archive Of Our Own, that's a little tricky.
